What does your day start with?

After getting up, I do sports for about an hour, treadmill, vibration plate and various gymnastic exercises to maintain my upright gait. Then a shower and a tasty breakfast, and I’m ready for the day at meteoviva.

How do you like to spend your evenings off?

I love meeting up with friends at home or in a nice restaurant. Staying in touch with friends is very important to me. But on some days, I also love just staying at home on the sofa with an exciting book.

What do you like best about your work at meteoviva and why do you feel your work is meaningful?

The opportunity to work independently and be part of a great team. The ever-expanding product range, a must for the energy transition. It’s simply satisfying to be part of this development.

Which aspects of our corporate culture do you particularly appreciate and how do they contribute to your well-being and motivation?

The new-found flexibility is now very important to me. Our new administrative team gives me a great sense of trust and understanding among each other. We are simply a TEAM. The good accessibility of the management is another important plus.

What advantages and special offers do you value most about meteoviva?

I think the direct insurance is just great and it is very important for young people in particular. Even though we didn’t have much of a budget for parties and excursions at the beginning, we always found something fun that fit into the budget. The work-life balance at meteoviva is unbeatable.
