The first thing I do is check my emails and bring myself up to date, then I go through everything again on Wrike and pick up where I left off.

Depending on the weather, either outside by the lake or cosy up at home with a good meal.
What do you like most about your work at meteoviva and why do you find your job fulfilling?
In my opinion, meteoviva helps effectively support climate protections by implementing meaningful measures in a sector that has been neglected for too long, and I get to be a part of that.
What aspects of our corporate culture do you value and how do they contribute to your well-being and motivation?
I am very happy with the CC GA team, I feel that I am directly represented by my line manager and that we really belong together as a team We’re all valued equally, and we problem solve together. Open communication, honesty and competent team leaders help me feel I’m never alone.
What benefits do you value most at meteoviva?
Remote working makes my life a lot easier. I have a father who needs care and in difficult times I can be with him more often by working from home.
