Our onboarding programme means there’s someone to accompany you from the start.

With us, you won’t start
alone.

Every newcomer is assigned a mentor, who offers support in the first weeks, as you begin your meteoviva journey.

Your mentor will introduce you to the team and, with your manager, will be your point of contact. They will support you with your first project and escort you to important meetings or customer visits. This means you learn quickly, get involved, and make valuable contacts.

Our aim is to make you feel at home right from the start.
