As a counterbalance to my analytical work at meteoviva, I also like to spend time doing creative things: I play guitar in a band and go to singing lessons.

How do you start the day?

I cycle to the office and set up my workstation first. This means taking my laptop out of the locker and bringing it to my booked desk. I also stock up on drinks and take the opportunity to say hello to the other colleagues in the office. Then I start checking my emails and planning the rest of the day.

How do you prefer to spend your free time?

I like to spend time on the sports field or just go for a run. If we’ve planned a sporting activity with my colleagues, I’m always happy to take part.

What do you like best about your work at meteoviva and why do you find your job fulfilling?

We save energy without reducing comfort. The product is well thought out and enables me to work with conviction and stand behind my work and the products

What aspects of our corporate culture do you particularly value and how do they contribute to your well-being and motivation?

Open communication about common goals and direct and fair feedback create a strong sense of unity. This sense of togetherness helps me a lot with motivation.

Everyone helps everyone else here. Experiences and mistakes are shared so that we all continuously improve and support each other in projects and beyond
