meteoviva mourns the loss of Uwe Grossmann
We are deeply saddened to announce that our dear friend and Managing Director Uwe Großmann passed away on 24 January 2025 after a brief battle with illness. With his passing, we have lost an important driving force, thought leader and motivator who successfully drove the company’s strategic development forward with great energy and tireless commitment. The thoughts of all employees are with him and his family.
Uwe Großmann has worked for meteoviva since 2020, initially on the company advisory board and from 2022 as a member of the management board. After a successful management career spanning more than 30 years in building technology, the energy market and the service partner industry, he was excited to join the innovative solution provider meteoviva. With his enormous network and his great technical and commercial understanding, he has made a significant contribution to developing meteoviva into a successful digital service provider for energy and building management. We are very grateful to him for this.
Uwe Großmann was a person who always treated others with great respect and humanity. He had an outstanding ability to enthuse, motivate and inspire others. Every colleague was equally important and valuable to him. He challenged and encouraged them to a great extent. We will greatly miss Uwe Großmann as a person.
The shareholders, the management and the entire staff of meteoviva will continue Uwe Großmann’s chosen course in his spirit.
Our sincere condolences go to his wife and family.
