Hohe Bleichen 7 is an office and commercial building owned by Deka Immobilien. Located in the heart of Hamburg’s city center, it was one of the first in the global portfolio to be made more efficient by meteoviva. Several more followed.
Challenge
To optimize commercial property operations to suit various tenant needs. This includes maintaining a comfortable indoor climate, keeping costs low, and reducing CO2 emissions.
Solution
A digital twin was built, and data and algorithms were used to identify potential optimizations. meteoviva’s solutions controlled the building technology more efficiently and proactively and helped to quickly recognize faults and defects during operations. This made it easier for asset managers to monitor the conditions on site.
Results
Automated and tailored operation of ventilation and heating circuits led to big energy savings. Tenants benefitted from an improved indoor climate and reduced ancillary costs. meteoviva climate offered insights on further enhancements, which let facility and property managers decide on additional automation measures.
