The 2026 version of the EXPO REAL took place in Munich in October and of course, meteoviva was on site! With about 72,000 guests from over 70 different countries, the EXPO REAL surely is one of the biggest and most important fairs of the real estate field – and our team was able to gain insights, have discussions and meet new contacts as well as existing customers.

From 6 to 8 October, Munich transformed from the venue of the Oktoberfest to a hot spot for the real estate industry. Topics relating to all asset classes and sizes, new technologies and, of course, trends were at the centre. Together with SAUTER Germany, meteoviva had a central booth in Hall A1, but our involvement naturally went beyond that. Our managing director Eric Giese was a speaker on the panel on ‘Energy & Decarbonisation,’ and the editors of ‘L’Immo,’ the Haufe Group’s podcast, also stopped by for an interview. Throughout the trade fair, one thing became clear time and again: solutions must not only be sustainable, but also economically viable – and with the lowest possible ROI:
‘We guarantee an ROI of 5 years, and in most cases we achieve 2. With our solutions, we also offer opportunities for buildings of all kinds, regardless of size, location and degree of automation,’ says Eric Giese.
This means that meteoviva is optimally positioned for the challenges of the future – and we are already looking forward to EXPO REAL 2026!
