What does your morning look like?
First thing, I check to make sure things around the house, such as my alarm system, are in order. I then turn my attention to my inbox, where I check and prioritise my emails. Finally, I carry out a comprehensive check of the buildings that we look after in order, to catch any issues early on.
What’s your favourite way to spend your evening?
After a productive day at work, I enjoy a relaxing walk with my dog. Spending time in nature helps me clear my head. I also often go out with my girlfriend or take part in company events that are organised regularly. These help me keep a good work-life balance.
What do you like most about your work at meteoviva and why do you find your job fulfilling?
I find the variety of the tasks most appealing. Every project is different, and I regularly find opportunity to analyse technical challenges, and develop solutions. Troubleshooting, where I can actively identify and resolve problems, and working closely with customers helps me feel like I’m making meaningful and sustainable improvements.
What aspects of our corporate culture do you value and how do they contribute to your well-being and motivation?
meteoviva has a very open corporate culture. There are no ‘stupid questions’ and we are very supportive of each other. I appreciate the regular company activities such as team-building events or summer parties that strengthen the team spirit. The ability to work from home also contributes to my satisfaction.
What benefits and do you value most at meteoviva?
I particularly appreciate the company’s pension scheme and the flexibility of working from home. This combination of financial security and the ability to achieve a better work-life balance makes meteoviva an attractive employer.
