How do you start the day?

My day always starts with a systematic check of the most important functions: First, I check the alarm system to make sure there are no faults. I then turn my attention to the inbox, where I check and prioritize all important e-mails. Finally, I carry out a comprehensive check of the buildings that we look after in order to identify any anomalies at an early stage.

How do you prefer to spend your free time?

After a productive day at work, I particularly appreciate time in nature. A relaxing walk with my dog helps me to clear my head. I also often go out with my girlfriend or take part in company events that take place regularly at meteoviva. These relaxed activities contribute to a good work-life balance.

What do you like best about your work at meteoviva and why do you find your job fulfilling?

The variety of tasks is what I find most appealing. Every project is different and I regularly have the opportunity to analyze technical challenges and develop solutions. Troubleshooting in particular, where I can actively identify and resolve problems, and working closely with customers give me the feeling of making meaningful and sustainable improvements.

What aspects of our corporate culture do you particularly value and how do they contribute to your well-being and motivation?

meteoviva is characterized by a very open and helpful corporate culture. There are no ‘stupid questions’ and the team supports each other in all areas. I particularly appreciate the regular company activities such as team-building events, summer parties or joint activities that strengthen the team spirit. The opportunity to work from home also contributes to my satisfaction.
