How do you begin the day?
I cycle to the office and set up my workstation first thing. That means taking my laptop out of the locker and bringing it to my desk. I stock up on drinks and take the opportunity to say hello to everyone in the office. Then I check my emails and plan the rest of the day.
What’s your favourite way to spend your free time?
I like to spend time exercising or running. If we’ve planned a sporting activity with my colleagues, I’m always happy to take part.
What do you like most about your work at meteoviva and why do you find your job fulfilling?
We save energy without reducing comfort. The product is well thought out and I take pride in it.
What aspects of our corporate culture do you value and how do they contribute to your well-being and motivation?
The open communication about common goals and direct and honest feedback creates a strong sense of togetherness. The harmony motivates me.
How would you describe the cooperation in our team and what makes our team particularly successful?
Everyone helps everyone. We share our experience, so that we can all improve and support each other.
What benefits do you value most at meteoviva?
Many joint activities that strengthen the team and the collaboration at meteoviva. And the ‘free snacks’ are a nice bonus!
