What does your day start with?

First, I check my emails and Team messages and get up to date. Then I go through everything again in Wrike to pick up where I left off the previous day.

Very dependent on the weather, either happy to be outside by the lake or cozy in your own four walls with good food.

What do you like best about your work at meteoviva and why do you feel your work is meaningful?

In my opinion, meteoviva offers a very good opportunity to effectively support climate protection by implementing meaningful measures in a sector that has been neglected for too long, and I am happy to be a part of it.

Which aspects of our corporate culture do you particularly appreciate and how do they contribute to your well-being and motivation?

I am very happy with the CC GA team. You feel like you are represented by your direct supervisor and really part of a team that represents shared interests and works on problems. Open communication, honesty and very competent team leadership that can always provide professional help. So you never feel like you’re alone with a problem.

What advantages and special offers do you value most about meteoviva?

The option of remote working makes my life much easier in many ways. I have a father who needs care, and in difficult times I am able to be with him more often by working from home.
