After getting up, I work out for an hour on the treadmill, vibration plate and various gymnastics exercises to keep fit. Then I have a shower and a delicious breakfast, and I’m ready for the day at meteoviva.
What’s your favourite way to spend your evening?
I love meeting up with friends at home or in a nice pub. Socialising with friends is very important to me. But on some days, I also like to just stay at home on the sofa with an exciting book.
What do you like most about your work at meteoviva and why do you find your job fulfilling?
Working independently and being part of a great team. The ever-expanding product range which is a must for the energy transition. It’s satisfying being part of this development.
What aspects of our corporate culture do you value and how do they contribute to your well-being and motivation?
The newfound flexibility is very important to me. Our new administration team fill me with trust. We communicate very well. We are simply a TEAM. The easy accessibility of the management is another important plus point.
What benefits do you value most at meteoviva?
I think the direct insurance is just great and is important particularly for young people . Even though we didn’t have a huge budget for parties and outings at the beginning, we always found things that we enjoyed and that fit the budget. The work-life balance at meteoviva is unbeatable.
