What does your day start with?

Usually with a cup of coffee, while I skim the most important news. Then I ride my bike to the office, where I start by organizing the day and preparing for the first appointments.

After a productive day at work, I enjoy spending my evenings actively and relaxed. Sport is often part of this, whether it’s running or going to the gym. Alternatively, I like to relax with a good series.

What do you like best about your work at meteoviva and why do you feel your work is meaningful?

What I like most is that we at meteoviva actively contribute to the development of sustainable and intelligent solutions for building operation. It is a good feeling to work on projects that not only offer added value to our customers, but also make a positive contribution to energy efficiency and climate protection.

Which aspects of our corporate culture do you particularly appreciate and how do they contribute to your well-being and motivation?

I appreciate the open communication, the flat hierarchies and the friendly atmosphere at meteoviva. The feeling that new ideas and suggestions are welcome boosts my motivation. I also like the emphasis on teamwork and mutual support, which makes the working environment very pleasant.

Our team is characterized by a strong foundation of trust, open communication and a shared sense of purpose. Everyone contributes their individual strengths, and we complement each other perfectly, which makes us particularly efficient and flexible. I appreciate how solution-oriented and committed everyone is, even when faced with challenging projects. Our strength lies in our ability to integrate different perspectives and to achieve innovative results while treating each other with respect.
