Friedrich Carrè 1 and 2 are modern office complexes. The challenge was to operate all the buildings in an ecologically sustainable manner, keep costs low, and meet tenants’ varied needs.

Solution

The swift integration of the predictive building control system ensured efficient operations. The online meteoviva cockpit offered centralized control to technical manager Carsten Schmidt of Friedrich Carrè 1 and 2.

Result

With meteoviva climate, Carsten gained real-time oversights such as the desired climate in the individual areas of the building and the rapid detection of defective sensors or faults in system components. He saved €100,000 in operating costs in the first year. The facility now slashes more than 256 tonnes of CO2 every year.
