Challenge
To reduce energy consumption and operating costs while meeting the indoor climate needs of 95 different tenants.
Solution
An innovative model for simulation and optimization. The model calculated efficient operation for each building zone as per the needs of the tenants.
Results
meteoviva climate transformed the 41,329 m² building into a smarter, more sustainable space. Within the first year, it slashed energy costs by 20% and CO2 emissions by 13%. The tailored ventilation, heating, and cooling control system perfectly met all the needs of the tenants.
