I usually have a cup of coffee while I skim through the news. After that, I cycle to the office, where I prepare for my first appointments.
How do you like to spend your evenings?
After a productive day at work, I enjoy spending my evenings relaxing and working out, whether it’s running or at the gym. Alternatively, I like to unwind with some good TV..
What do you like most about your work at meteoviva and why do you find your role fulfilling?
I like that we actively contribute to developing sustainable and intelligent solutions for building operations. It feels good to work on projects that not only provide added value to our clients but also make a positive contribution to energy efficiency and climate protection.
Which aspects of our company culture do you appreciate and how do they contribute to your well-being and motivation?
I appreciate the open communication, the flat hierarchies, and the friendly culture at meteoviva. The feeling that new ideas are welcome strengthens my motivation. Additionally, I appreciate the emphasis on teamwork and mutual support, which makes the working environment very pleasant.

Everyone contributes their individual strengths, and we complement each other well, which makes us particularly efficient. I value how solution-oriented and committed everyone is, even when we’re faced with challenging projects. Our strength lies in our ability to integrate different perspectives and achieve innovative results through respectful cooperation.
What advantages do you appreciate most at meteoviva?
I appreciate the flexibility and the trust placed in employees. The opportunity to work independently, while also being part of a supportive team is a huge advantage, as are the regular team-building activities such as outings, beach volleyball, and football. I also value the emphasis on personal and professional development. The company’s commitment to sustainability permeates not only our products but also our corporate culture.
