Mentoring
Part of the team from day one – our onboarding program will help you get off to a flying start
With us, you don’t start
alone.
Every new employee* is assigned a mentor who will support you in the first few weeks and introduce you to the meteoviva world.
Your mentor will introduce you to the team and, along with your manager, will be your permanent point of contact. They will support you with your first project and accompany you to important meetings or customer visits. This way, you can quickly learn, get involved and make valuable contacts.
Our goal is for you to feel comfortable and well-adjusted with us from the very beginning.
