How do you like to spend your evenings off?

My perfect evening would be to enjoy a glass of wine and an exciting book on our terrace. At the moment, however, it tends to end up with one or other of our nightly renovation jobs in our new “old house”.

What do you like best about your work at meteoviva and why do you feel your work is meaningful?

At meteoviva, you can tell that your colleagues aren’t just doing their job, but are truly passionate about what they do. I think it’s important to be part of the energy transition and to be able to see the contribution we are making to it.

Which aspects of our corporate culture do you particularly appreciate and how do they contribute to your well-being and motivation?

Flexibility and transparency are very important to me personally. At meteoviva, I feel that everything is communicated openly and that great attention is paid to the well-being of the employees. They try to respond to needs and do everything possible to create a positive working environment.

What advantages and special offers do you value most about meteoviva?

For me, it is particularly valuable that I can take my dog to work with me. Without this possibility, I would not have been able to fulfill my wish. In addition, the flexible working hours and working from a home office are very practical. The company pension plan is also a benefit that I wouldn’t want to do without, and Meteoviva is really very generous in this regard.
