What does your morning look like?
A relaxed walk with the dog across the field. Then I have a hot cup of coffee, check my emails and draw up the day’s a to-do list.
What’s your favourite way to end the day?
On the perfect evening I enjoy a glass of wine with a great book on our terrace. At the moment though it’s likely to be the odd evening renovation project in our new ‘old house’.
What do you like most about your work at meteoviva and why do you find your job fulfilling?
At meteoviva, you realise that colleagues don’t just do their job but are passionate about what they do. I think we’re important to the energy transition and it helps to see how we contribute to it.
What aspects of our corporate culture do you value and how do they contribute to your well-being and motivation?
Flexibility and transparency are very important to me. At meteoviva, I feel that we communicate openly and that great attention is paid to our well-being. They try to respond to our needs and do everything to create a positive working environment.
What benefits and do you value most at meteoviva?
For me, it is important that I can take my dog to work. Without that, I’d struggle to work as hard. The flexible hours and ability to work from home are very practical. The company pension scheme is also a real benefit.
